Remember, it's your duty to have a yearly gas safety certificate carried out to ensure your properties gas appliances are up to standard. ​ If you are a landlord, it is a legal requirement for you to have your rented property(s) gas appliances/fittings checked on an annual basis. We can carry out those gas safety checks! With a fixed fee, instant onsite certificates and yearly reminders, Nu Age have you covered. We check each individual gas appliance to ensure they are working safely and correctly to keep you or your tenants safe. We will also carry out a general test on all pipework to make sure there's no sneaky leaks! Our friendly service team can carry out emergency gas checks on the same day as contact if required.
